My first visit and will be my go to place from now on. Food was delicious and plentiful. I had the flat rice noodles with vegetables and tofu. Outstanding. The server was very good at her job, think her name was Jamie. Good customer service and checked on me several times. Place is very clean and welcoming from when I was greeted at the door. I will look forward to trying other things on the menu which has a nice variety of food. I am delighted to see most anything on the menu can be made with tofu. Once again if you haven't been, go and try it you will become a frequent customer like I plan to be.

My husband, business partner/family friend and I visited V Bistro for the first time and were very pleased in every way. There is no doubt that it's the best Asian food around! We loved the Pho - two of us had the Wonton Pho and I had the seafood Pho - all were delicious along with the egg roll and spring roll appetizers. It's family owned for four generations starting in Vietnam, service is superb and all the plants attest to the healthy and sparkling clean environment in this restaurant to which we'll definitely return!

Restaurant is great. Food is good, staff is nice. The only complaint I have is they have no changing tables in the bathrooms! This is must for parents with small children, not very baby friendly!

Here we are, yet again, having enjoyed an absolutely fabulous lunch at V Bistro in Conroe. This is, in my opinion, the best restaurant addition to the Conroe area in the past 8 years. If you have not yet experienced the delights of V Bistro, I highly recommend that you visit sooner than soon. Enjoy !!!!!

For whatever reason we had put off visiting this newer Vietnamese venture. Probably because we had a couple of other favorites in the area. But we decided to give it a go and see what all these 5 star reviews were about. Glad to report that we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and quick. The menu is extensive, but not too overwhelming. And they even offer boba! While we were not in the mood for pho today, we did get a few other staples to test their fare. The cafe at lait (their version of the Café Sua Da) was large and delicious; Strong as hell but sweet as heaven. The beef bahn mi was also large with a nice crunchy baguette and generous portions. The beef was grilled to perfection with the right amount of mouthwatering char. Finally, the chicken curry was spot on. Initially I wanted a little more heat, but upon reflection it was a great balance. The touch of coconut and sweetness made a wonderful compliment to the curry. This beautiful dish elevates the normally homespun feel of curry over rice. We cannot wait to try the rest of their menu.
