I only had an Oreo Shake, however I asked about the sundae and the employee didn't know if the Oreo sundae had fudge sauce.Granted she could have been new.The service was so Slow, I mean no sense of urgency at All. The sad part was they weren't even busy. No one in the lobby or in line but it took 15 minutes to make a shake ??? Go figureNo friendliness either, guess it's not a priority because they aren't trying to give out Great Service!!
I have been to your shop 4 weeks in a row. Placed my order & then they called my number. I went to get my food and asked why it was not delivered to my table since every time before, it was. She told me they don't always do that, to come get my own food. I feel since others in your shop always deliver, why couldn't she. I feel she was being lazy. Great customer service - they had a large mobile order to deal with with a lobby full of impatient people. And they worked hard to clear the room. They did a great job providing fresh delicious food, they all deserve a raise!
