I just wanna know why EVERYTIME I place an order for chocolate donut sprinkles they NEVER have it! No matter what time of day I come early oh they are out I come during lunch they are out I come at night they are still out like what is goin on?and then I always have to change it to something else when I don't like any other donuts lk damn

Just visited this location they took our money after when they gave me the food they told me that my blind friend was no longer allowed in the store. That was naturally confused so I asked them why instead of telling me they threatened to call the police and have me escorted out. I told them I would only leave if they could tell me why they were kicking out my friend. They refused. I waited for the police who quickly got to the bottom of the issue apparently over a month ago someone vandalized their bathroom and they were blaming my friend for it since she didn't do anything they her without proof also .minor note they refused to refund the food.

Went there yesterday coffee was so watered down I didn't taste any coffee. The donuts okay but nothing to write home about. Almost feel like I got ripped off on the coffee it was terrible.

I get my morning coffee and snack here almost daily . Customer service is always great! Even when I mess up my own order they happily fixed my mistake , no issue.Great bunch of people working there!
Service fast and super friendly. Midnight coffee was dark and rich, white chocolate sweetened flavor was good with it, and not overly sweet like many places.The pancake wrap was much smaller than anticipated, but I got it with a coupon. Wouldn't pay $3 for it tho...Vegetarian options: It's posted that all items served with meat are optionally served without, but that's not technically "Vegetarian Menu" is it?Parking: Directly in front, plenty of spots, more than there are dining seats available inside...Parking lot is shared with neighboring businesses however, although, Dunkin's is at the end of the building, so has a few more spots near it than the other places..

This was the worst experience I had here. I got a frozen coffee and glazed doughnut holes like I always do. This time tho my coffee was not blended well and the doughnuts basically had no glaze on them. I asked if the I could get more glaze because the ones I had, had none. They told me they couldn't do that and I waited to see if they were going to offer to fix it with like another set or something but the diver through lady just looked at me like I had 2 heads. So we left. In hindsight I probably should have ask for a refund but, they should have fixed or at least say they couldn't fix it and offer a refund.
