Most of the food items have the sweet flavour. Not seen vada curry being sweet anywhere.

Arunachala Indian Vegetarian Restaurant in Coppell, TX, deserves every bit of praise for an exceptional dining experience! Our family was out and about, craving authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine, when we stumbled upon Arunachala. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. But it wasn't just the fantastic service that impressed us—it was the food! The Masala Dosa was impeccably crisp and flavorful, bursting with aromatic spices and served with delectable chutneys. The Paani Puri was an absolute delight, perfectly balanced with tangy tamarind water and filled with savory goodness. And let's not forget about the Mango Lassi—a heavenly blend of creamy yogurt and sweet mango that was utterly refreshing. Each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, showcasing the chef's mastery of Indian flavors. It's evident that Arunachala takes immense pride in delivering top-notch quality to its patrons.Needless to say, we'll be returning to Arunachala again and again to indulge in their culinary delights. If you're in the mood for authentic Indian vegetarian fare served with a smile, look no further than Arunachala. Highly recommended!

We had gone with our family for enjoying some South Indian cuisine. Sadly it is for people who are trying this cuisine for their first time. Order Benne Dosa and no butter on it, Mysore Masala Dosa with no spice in it, worst is each Masala Dosa and literally a spoon or two worth Masala in it and sambar they gave was so less that in few dips it’s done. Complained they said that’s how they serve so promised myself never going back to places that does not know what are they doing.

SCAM! ROTTEN! FROZEN!Worst experience. Frozen food that they heat up and yet it is rotten.I’m posting this late but last week I came in for walk in pick up but as it was getting late for the order I decided to eat at the table. Front staff was very sweet and accommodating to let me switch it to dine in that’s the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars but I can’t fathom how they are managing to sell their restaurant as a fresh authentic cuisine but sell frozen.I ate the vadcurry at the table as it was easy and filling. Later when I got home and served it to my kids I could feel the rotten smell of the dosai. Trust me I ate at many Indian restaurants on McArthur road and as a Tamizh myself I was excited for the placeLooks like the dosa masala is prepared days in advance or even weeks and if you are lucky you can find the rotten smell and avoid it or like other poor customers eat it with all the chutneys to mask the smell.Dosai masala spoilt. Coconut chutney spoilt. Parotta was the first thing ready so I suspect they make it in advance or it is frozen packet from one of these Indian grocers.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.This is coming from a repeat customer but I believe people will have to come repeatedly for a few days to realize that they are eating old spoilt frozen food.Note: Owners, please don’t run and advertise restaurant if you cannot serve fresh food. This is health violation

Great food and no fillers in thali. Jackfruit payasam was super yummy . Due to lack of social media this place is not known to many . I hope they do marketing via social media so that many people can know about this place .
