I am so disappointed! I had not had Thai since I relocated to Dallas months ago. I had a craving and always passed this place, so I decided to give it a try. I called asked for Pad Thai with extra sauce. The lady literally told me they can’t add extra because they already make it so saucy. WHERE?! It’s so dry the noodles are sticking to each other. Pad Thai is my favorite Thai dish and I’ve had it in multiple states. This is the worst I’ve had.

This is a gem of a place. There isn’t enough nice things I can say about it. It’s a hole in the wall type of place - not much seating available. The food makes up for it. So even if you can’t have a nice sit down meal when it’s busy, order carry out. You will not be disappointed. I have tried a number of the things on the menu and I am a happy camper. I can’t say there’s anything I don’t like. It’s the first Thai place I found when I moved here from NY. And it remains one of my favorite places. They have quick service now - during COVID, it was rough. I don’t want to say too many nice things because I want to be able to have my mother - son sit down dinner every month just like when I was pregnant with him!

Im gonna be honest the food was so good I would invent a time machine and break it so I could relive that glorious moment of pure joy forever in an eternal loop of harmonious sequential memory, and develop a meta array of senses that far exceed the imagination of an anamoly in the nature of reality observing from a spectation in an immortal state. If I ever die I want my corpse to be stuffed with their curry rice and thrown outve a plane over the ocean so that mermaids can eat me and the curry rice in ally orfaces

I've been looking for a good Thai place in Coppell/Irving for a few years but wasn't crazy about any of them until Siam Thai. The pad see ew has perfect flavor and sweetness, the right amount of vegetables. Haven't tried anything here that I didn't like! Their Togo ordering is a bit of a wait (about an hour), but it's worth it.

The menu offered a delightful variety of authentic Thai dishes, each bursting with flavor and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was great! I loved the atmosphere and will definitely be taking my family back.

I ordered Drunken noodles here for the first time and I rate them a 4/5 due to flavor. The flavor taste very different than others in the area.

We love Siam so much. The owners always remember us, no matter how long we may not come in. The food is so fresh, affordable and delicious. Big portions!

The food here has delivered on maximum flavor every time, no matter which dish I ordered. I discovered the dish Rad Na here, which is a new comfort food favorite. I can also recommend every curry variety, the drunken noodles, the pad see ew, the curry fried rice, the tom yum soup (OMG), and the tamarind shrimp.Note that they do take their spice level seriously! I order a 4 and it is about the max I can tolerate while still enjoying the food. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to quality. I will go out of my way to come back here next time I am in North Texas, as I have not found a comparable Thai restaurant in the country yet.
