Service great as usual. I'm my biggest issue is that the past two times I've gone here, the workers gave me the last of the chicken. I don't mind it not being fresh, but the last scoops of chicken are basically ground up stringy strands of chicken that broke off of the actual cuts. It ruins the burrito. It's not the workers fault. It's either company policy or it's the way they were trained. Either way, I've had this happen twice and it's a complete waste of my money. It's basically a bean and rice burrito with ground chicken. The person just in front and behind me had nice good scoops and it mine looked like someone had already chewed the chicken up for me. Please don't be cheap. Throw out the scraps and stop putting them on peoples food.

Ben’s acting like the chipotle comes out of his own pocket… I have been to chipotle 5 times the past 2 weeks, specific employees and Ben in particular barely give you anything in my bowl. If I’m paying $15+ every time I go I want the bowl to at least be half way.. they fill it up like they are rationing out there specifically Ben. Please talk to them about giving us fair portions for the price we are paying. I come there because I’m hungry and want a meal not a snack… this message is specifically for Ben and the other employees that don’t know how to portion the food correctly.. Please fix this issue immediately.

At this chipotle In Corinth Texas I have been two to three times in the past month and there is multiple employees that are in such a rush that they forget to give the right portions. My bowl has been less than half full and i don’t think im getting the bang for the buck. I have been times in the past and it has been great but the past month it has gone extremely downhill and I think they should reassess their staff and training techniques. There is two people in particular that always mess up my order and ration like their almost out of food. 1/10 I would not recommend unless you’re trying to spend 14 dollars on a snack. Overpriced food for terrible portions and fatty meat.

Last Sunday night 7pm, busy store. But its always busy and its generally pretty good. 10 year old girl with no shoes and a dog. Not a service dog, just a dog. As I began to order, I said brown rice please, no brown rice, no queso, got to wait if you want steak. I noticed brown rice & queso is available at the drive thru, but not in the dining room? .....And the dining room, had to clean off a table to set down. Now I KNOW how hard it is to find good people but it can be done. HIRE More adults.Parking: TIGHT

I love Chipotle in general, but especially my local (Corinth, Tx) Chipotle. I've never had a bad experience...until today, and maybe it's because I used my rewards for my entree for the very first time ever but even still, that should be no excuse for the level of food quality that I recieved today. I placed my order via the app (as I always do), I ordered an Chicken el pastor bowl (light - brown rice, pinto beans, pico, fajita veggies, corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, queso blanco w/ sour cream & red salsa on the side) and a bag of chips. I get home, unbag my ordered and I really wish that I had taken a photo of what I unboxed but I am not a customer who tends to complain so it didn't even cross my mind initially. Upon opening the container I immediately noticed the lack of ingredients but I initially chalked it up to my preference for "light rice" however, I typically request light rice but have NEVER had a bowl so small...my initial complaint (based solely off of visuals) was the 7-10 shreds of lettuce sprinkled on top. Once I started eating I realized that I maybe had a little less than 1/4 cup of chicken in the bowl and maybe 3 tbsp - 1/4 cup of every other ingredient...I don't even know if there was ANY queso blanco in it. I literally had to add my own extra lettuce and shredded cheese from my fridge and on top of all of that, THE CHIPS WERE STALE!! And my order was an early afternoon order (picked up at 2pm)!!! There is no excuse. And, I realized that this should have been a foreshadowing...I ordered a salad from you guys a week and a half ago and didn't even receive the dressing for the salad...which was a slight disappointment but I wasn't too upset because I never order the dressing normally due to not liking it from years ago but I wanted to finally give it another try because recently social media has been raving about it...but it wasn't even included in my order (despite it being listed as the first inclusion on the meal content sticker placed on the salad container). It takes A LOT for me to complain, especially hours later. My experience today was so disappointing and makes me never want to take advantage of using rewards points again if that it how you all reward loyal customers...I'd rather just pay and not even use the convenience of the app because clearly, I need to supervise the making of my food. I'm glad I only paid $4 for the stale chips and non-existent queso.

What is wrong with the staff here? I think they are all on drugs because they were bizarre. I got trapped in a line for over $40 worth of prepaid food for an hour and had to leave without our food. Someone needs to check on these people.

The general manger Grant with dreads was extremely rude and unprofessional to his employees,and even making jokes about a young lady who quit, In front of customers.He has very narcissistic energy and was speaking down to a new employee who was providing the best service he could to me. I will no longer be providing this store with my business.This guy has gotten alway with this for month's,it has gotten so bad I’ve decided to write a review.This is wrong I hope corporate does something about it asap.

Ordered through the app and got inaccurate order. Also received a bag of another person’s order as well. Found out after getting home and opening two bags.Can’t call the location, won’t take incoming calls. Chat with Pepper is horrible, doesn’t address the problem. Terrible that I received an entire family’s worth of food, sorry to whoever Tiffany N is.No, contacting the website through automated chat does not resolve the problem.
