I recently was in search of a catering company to furnish a variety of food for my son’s college graduation party, and I found Benard’s and made the call. The first conversation was easy and the nextthing I knew I had the menu, told him what I wanted, the budget I wanted to stay within and it was done! Hello from Citgo employees, we all liked the catered food 3 nights in a row. King ranch casserole, meat loaf and chicken fried chicken. Everyone said the sweet tea is near perfect just needs a bowl of lemons to go with it. The desserts were good but I feel cookies each night would be great to vary with hot or cold pies/ cake/ cupcakes
