Went through the drive thru and ordered chicken fingers and a brisket meal. The chicken fingers had zero flavor. It tasted like it was coated in cornflakes. The brisket was cold and flavorless as well. Maybe you guys need to get some salt and pepper back there. Also, when my husband asked the staff to please repeat the total, she raised her voice like she was annoyed . ? We were quickly reminded why we should have just eaten at home.

Lately there has been something wrong with my order every time I go. The manager I believe her name is Brenda always deflects, lacks accountability and the responsibility it takes to keep business thriving and customers happy. At least that’s my understanding from the last couple of conversations and visits to the business. I’ll settle for an apology. Have I gotten one No will I ever? I don’t think I’ll be spending much time, money or thought on or at Bill Millers for the foreseeable future. I caution those who continue to go, they let pride and ego get in the way of everyone’s satisfaction and success. It’s not all of the but it doesn’t look good as a whole.
Went and had a 2 meat plate , ribs, coleslaw, potato salad, this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had , zero taste to ribs, coleslaw no dressing just seemed like chowed cabbage and random vegetables and water, potato salad was also pretty bland .
