Since I moved to Texas I have tried several BBQ places in town and have been disappointed. This place is the exception. Ribs are always tender, sides are fresh. Really good food.

This BBQ place is OK, unfortunately, that's all. Got the brisket sandwich and a chopped beef potato. Potato and sandwich were fairly large portions, which was good but nothing really special. The restaurant itself was empty the entire lunchtime. Service employees kind of just went through the motions. Maybe be enthusiastic and tell me about certain dishes. Not a bad place just Average.

We had a catering for a baby shower, and we ordered 2 trays of brisket, a tray of chicken and sausage with bean and rice. They also provide barbecue sauce, pickles, and onions with sweet corn bread. The food and the delivery were excellent and on time. You could smell the smoke flavor when they took the meat out of the carriers. The meat was tender and tasty, and we had leftovers. The best barbecue and reasonably priced. Sorry, I forgot the pictures.

The service was great, but the food was lacking that Texas bbq smoked flavor. The chop beef tasted like ground meat, not smoked brisket. The jalapeño and cheese sausage was ok at best but did not taste barbecued. The pork ribs were kind of dry and also lacked that barbecue flavor I wanted to enjoy. I felt like everything was cooked in an oven, not a pit. It's not good, BBQ, if you have to smother it in sauce to eat it. The mac and cheese was good, but you may want to try another place if you are craving that pit smoked flavor you expect when eating South Texas BBQ.

Delicious food and Outstanding Professionalism! We recently used Bottomless Pit BBQ for a Corporate open house and they were FANTASTIC! They provided a quote in a timely manner, answered all of the questions that we had, were exceedingly accommodating to our difficult requests/time frame, and were extremely prompt and responsive. In particular we needed 2 catering events on the same day. Several catering companies turned us down automatically because it was too challenging - one company even stated "we cant help because we spoke with our catering staff and they don't want to work those hours". Bottomless Pit BBQ was completely different and took on the challenge, knowing they would find a way to make the situation work. Because of their professionalism we booked them for our event and we were so beyond happy with our choice. Their food was beyond AMAZING and delicious! Everyone at the event was thoroughly pleased. In particular the rice was outstanding. Other benefits included - variety of package options. We selected Chafes, servers, no run out guarantee, drinks, 3 meats, etc. It was so nice to be able to customize to our specific need. We will definitely be using Bottomless Pit BBQ again in the future.

I was astounded by the service and attention to detail, and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS and TATASSSSSTY!!!The food was served perfectly and nicely wrapped in foil platters, and most importantly, the food portions were equally balanced to meet the order for 25–30 hungry tummies.Everyone at the luncheon gushed about how good the meat, chicken, and sausage were; I especially enjoyed the potato salad; another person asked for more corn muffins.The catering service provided by Mack at Bottomless Pit BBQ was above and beyond; I plan on using them again for other future business luncheons. My client was very happy and thankful for the delicious food.

It's my first time in Texas and I really wanted to try their famous BBQ. This place was close to where I was working, but some Google reviews gave me pause, so I'm here to set the record straight. This place is phenomenal and you know it when you walk in the door. The smell of good food, cooked right, draws you in. The hi Def menu makes you want to order everything they have. And the staff is friendly and fast. The food was way more than I could eat in a sitting. I couldn't believe I got that much food at that price and then when I sat down to eat it, I couldn't stop. This was the best food I have had in Corpus Christi. If you're in town, make sure you stop in.

Man, used to be a great place. I haven’t eaten there in some time but, when I call and ask what the price is to just smoke a brisket and I’m told 50$ just to smoke. It’s all good BBQ Man is doing it for 2.79 a pound. Times must be tough.
