We used to love this place, especially because we have little ones that love to enjoy the playground. Lately there has been this manager named RUDY! He is the absolute worst person. He’s extremely rude to customers. Walks around like he’s the leader of the universe. Ignores you and walks away from you while you’re asking him something. Has the playground closed more than it’s open even if it’s a nice beautiful sunny day! It’s sad that we are straying away because of this ONE ugly person!!! He is definitely NOT manager material!!!

Just had my child's birthday party here and it was amazing the staff the waitress all of it the food was also amazing! Made our time and day so much easier on us to be honest, the only I had was the spot I reserved was taken by others who REFUSED even though I did everything right. Thank you to Emily who made the moment right for us and marched on! Everything went smooth and special :)

Met family for drinks and snacks. Fried pickles have gotten smaller but still good, the boiled shrimp & raw oysters were good and the beer was cold.You could double sales if you had a more efficient food/drink ordering system.My only concern is at 4:30 pm you have a DJ and the music is wayyyyy too loud!!!!!! Can’t even carry on a conversation!! Please turn it down a notch!

Food was Ok dinner came out before apps had xpo server after xpo server walk by never offered to grab any refills or check if we wanted anything else but from time to time saw them bring more beer etc to other people ables around us we ordered oysters on the half shell as one of the apps when they dropped the entrees off we let them know about the apps when the oysters came all the ice was melted they weren't shucked right and were incredibly small total disappointment..and the fact that it was a busy weekend the fact we had to stand in the long order line just to order more apps with only one person on the register was ridiculous as wellKid-friendliness: Glad they have a playground and allowed our dog as well

Had a horrible experience here I’ve never been more upset and disappointed with the way a manger handled a paying customer.1st off my wife received some wings they looked great by the way all the food did but after a few bites I noticed the chicken was very pink looked extremely under cooked I told her to take them into the cashier so they can have some new ones made for her well the cashier directed her to the manager who’s name was “Rudy” who happened to be wiping tables near the bar she told him what was going on he said “that’s how they come out because they go from really cold to real hot quick “he said you can take them to to the window in the back and that they will take care of you well my wife come back and tells me what he told her and I go inside because I’ve worked in kitchens before no chicken should be served that way period but what had bothered me was they he was not extremely busy and there were so many waitress near bar that he or one of them could have taken the food back to the kitchen for her I said she doesn’t work here and as a manager u should maybe apologize at least for the pink chicken wings or just be a little courteous and say I’ll take care of it or have 1 of the 10 waitress take the food back well he has the audacity to say “Oh now your telling me how to do my job and laugh and smirked“and my wife told him ur very unprofessional for being a manager he said okay.We were shocked just sorta walked away I said let’s just get a drink while we’re in here He stops wiping the tables and yells to the bartender “Cut them off”remind you we haven’t had 1 drink from there to be cut off he was very petty I demanded my money back and we just decided to leave now ,he kept saying your not gonna tell me I’m a bad manager Horrible costumer service here never again!!! RUDY needs to be humbled and Fired

WARNING!Disrespectful manager. I went about 3 weeks ago to treat my family to dinner. I spend about or over $150 that evening. I had ordered my food along with my sister's and boyfriend's food before waiting in line again to pay for my other sister's family food. My other sister's food got there before us and I was like you know it's fine they do seem busy. Mind you over an hour had already past between me ordering and my sister's food getting there. About 20 mins later I was like hmmm let me check on our order. I asked one of the girls, she was very sweet and said no problem ma'am let me check on it. She came back and said oh looks like your number was mixed up with another person's so I said not a problem again. I just wanted to eat if I could get my food because I was starving. She said yeah well get it right out to you, it'll be about 15 mins. I waited an additional 20 mins and still nothing so I stopped the same girl again and she said yeah let me go check for you again, the girl who left wasn't the same girl that returned. A different girl came back to tell me the same thing that my order got mixed up so I told her the same thing I just want my food. A few minutes later a manager comes back out, which I didn't ask for I just wanted my food. He told me the same thing these two girls had said previously. And I said I understand, but I've been waiting over an hour, soon to be 2 hrs and everybody has gotten their food, but me. And he kept cutting me off between conversation. Then he proceeded with "well what would you like me to do" and I said "I mean a refund would be nice, but..." And then he cut me off again and said in a very rude tone "well the faster you tell me what you want the faster we can get this done." If he would've let me finish I would've said "a refund would be nice, but I just want my food" the same thing I've been telling the girls all night. He then left without letting me respond back and came back minutes later with a refund receipt. I asked if he was the manager and if I could have the store managers number and he came back and threw the card on the table and left . Very very rude, didn't even bother to apologize for their mistake, for the food being extremely late or to ask if there was anything else he could assist us with. He just threw the card and left. As a customer, person and veteran I felt extremely disrespected. This manager RUDY was very RUDE and UNPROFFESSIONAL. I tipped the person picking up my table and left with an empty stomach.

Had to change rating after our last experience. Wait staff and food were great as always, but there was a man with 2 young children outside panhandling all the patrons. Very sad how these very young children were taught to beg for money by there father who obviously put them up to it.
