We thought the restaurant was closed down . It looked like no one was there, went through the drive thru and no answer, didn’t see anyone at the drive thrru window.. So we called them and asked if they were open. And the lady said yes. We told her we went through your drive thru and no answer. And she said “ma’am it’s broken. And I told her ma’am there was no sign. The place looked deserted.

I ordered a delivery via the BK app Sunday. The food was cold, the fries were old & packed with salt. I called the Bk establishment to let them know “hey these fries are inedible.” The manger there was super unprofessional and rude. I could hear here screaming in the background. They wanted me to drive there when I ordered delivery because she was so rude I wanted a refund & she said I have to bring it back ?. I been trying to get in contact with the DM no response! If you have an issue with them instead of doing the back and forth just call your bank let them know and they will refund it back to you. Just be warned that they are serving old fries w so much salt, nuggets not even properly cooked and the only good thing about the order was the pre package food. Applesauce, apple juice, toy. That’s is sad. Really need either new management or employee ls that know what they are doing.

Just went there to get a milkshake. Drive thru. Waited, I was the only car. Nobody in parking lot. Graveyard quiet n eerie feel.Just as I was about to drive away, bc I’d been there over a minute or two… a voice came over speaker… sharp, unwelcoming… I said I just want a large Oreo milkshake. She said they only come in one size. And then she was silent. It was odd. I said ok. She said anything else? I said no. I drove to window, two ladies working, their backs to me, no costumers in store or outside. Few minutes go by, they never greeted me, or took my money…Again,,, I am the only customer in sight. I waited and waited, their backs were facing me… I finally got the message, and left.It’s a rare thing for me to leave a review. But I felt sorry for whoever owns this BK.Ya need to fire those ladies. As I drove away, double checked … yep, I was their only customer.I won’t be back.
