This is a great restaurant. However on the delivery driver side of things. There is an awkward area that you stand and no one will acknowledge you until the customers see you being overlooked. I recommend more acknowledgement for the delivery driver even if it's to give you an update on how long it will be. Or just add heated bookshelf area where dashers go in front of a camera and are able to grab order and not steal because they are being recorded

they really put their whole chickussy in these chicken minis ‼️also shout out to the employee i saw literally ZOOMING to deliver food this morning! and my iced coffee is delicious! 10/10

Stood at the counter and waited 8 minutes for a Togo order while being completely ignored by 6 employees and 2 different managers one of which that kept pointing at me. 3 people were served before finally someone asked me what I needed.

Really can't express how much I love the chicken deluxe with their soft fries and Polynesian sauce omgod mmmm
The food is usually hot fresh and delicious. The service is mostly fast and friendly and there is plenty of room for everyone in the spacious food court.Kid-friendliness: The kids meals are a good value with healthy choices including fruit and milk. And the toys right now are designed for kids by kids so they're pretty cool.
The drive thru is always messing something, and when you go back for what ever it is they give you a hard time to make tour order right! HOW SAD IS THAT????

Service was fast but the grilled chicken was covered in gristle from a dirty grill & the fries tasted like old grease. It was edible but not great. Were also out of strips & got part of our order wrong.
