It's not wonderful. We got the fish and chips b/c we were craving that. Ended up with the fish and shrimp combos b/c why not?. When they brought out the food, The pieces of supposedly Flounder (did not taste or look like Flounder) were so small, like one bite each piece (only 2 pieces per basket). When I asked the server, she just said "I just bring the food".Wow!! I gave her a little direction in asking her if maybe she could ask the kitchen about it? And she brought 3 more pieces for the 4 of us. Not 3 each, 3 to share. Definitely not worth the cost or experience.

How would I know how the food taste if I did not get it in the bag.Went back and get my money back and the manager wouldn’t give me a receipt for the credit on my card. I said you suppose to give me a receipt for the credit towards my card - Walmart, Home Depot and etc does it.Horrible manager needs to go back to school - he is so dumb nutbagain you don’t need brains to work there.

Why on earth are you making a very questionable change to your chicken? You know the problems we already face. Antibiotic resistance is a serious problem. Very disappointing :( I eat at the one in Portland at least once a week. Seriously bummed.

They forgot items from our order tonight and the app has no way of disputing an issue which makes you call the restaurant. I don’t want a refund because it was a reward item they forgot, I just want to tell them to be more responsible with getting orders correct. Very

I was in line when I noticed the manager on duty at 5:26 pm on 3/26/24 went up to a table of joyful customers having their memories turned into a fustrating one. One of the girls was wearing her mascot costume... well the lady told them she would need to take it off. Everyone who was paying attention looked puzzled. I asked the people next to me if they did that on Halloween. I'm guessing not. I just left because that's just crazy to me. I was mad with the family. Whats also crazy is the manager dropped a third of the fries that she was sticking in a to-bag just before setting it down to rush to their table to enlighten them.

Came yesterday and today while charging the car. Friendly and good manner young servers. Love the fries.
Usually Always good, but tonight, my cobb salad was mostly lettuce and chicken. The girl taking order was talking to another Employee as she took my name then told me to hold on, while she talked to him stating that his Mexican side was showing, continued to giggle, and then asked for my name again after about 2 minutes of talking. ?♀️?♀️As I told her the 1st part of my order, she then continued to give me the total and asked me to drive up. I stated I wasn't done and then proceeded to finish my order. I asked for Mac and cheese too, and I guess she didn't hear that part because she was too busy playing around. Very disappointing to get all the way home 35 minutes later to my disappointing salad.
Great restaurant, food, and service, but did not rate 5 stars for service because I feel that the morning wait in the drive through line is longer than the lunch/dinner wait. There are some days when it’s quick, but overall I feel like the wait is longer than it should be, especially when people are trying to get to work/school.
This chick fila is a good one...but tbh they all are. I've never had issues in any of these Chick-fil-A...

Earlier this afternoon, I had a negative experience with an employee named Andre in the drive-thru line. Unfortunately, he seemed to be lacking in proper training and provided poor customer service. He was quite rude and unclear in giving instructions, and his order-taking skills could use some improvement. Additionally, he failed to accurately process our order because he did not read it back properly. To be clear, I was quick and decisive in placing my order, so it was not a matter of confusion on my end.
