Just cold. They had us wait for about as long as it would have taken to drop fresh gizzards. NOTHING was fresh. The frys gizzards biscuits and gravy. Even gave me the wrong tea. Definitely avoid this store 4633 South Staples.

Went through drive thru with my hubby and ordered the family chicken strip special ? the girl at drive thru was super nice,and professional. We didn't have to wait long and everything was good and fresh! Will definitely return! Keep up thr great work team at Chicken express on staples!
Waited in drive through for over 20 minutes the dining room was closed again. It is a constant disappointment food is good and it’s close to my house but no customer service at all maybe you could read your reviews and fix it . I am not an expert but I think it would help if you

Used drive thru placed my order for 7 piece tenders with 2 sides ( Mac and cheese/ mash potatoes and gravy)got home only had 5 pieces not 7mash and gravy were half filled and honestly looked like it had been dropped. Mac and cheese was missing and gravy container for dipping tenders was less than 1/2 filled. I called a couple of times and no one answered. Left message no one returned call. Called next day and same thing! Poor management and employees should really sharpen up on their attention skills!!

it's Monday the dinning room was locked at 5:30 pm the peak hour for everyone who wants to grab food to go home. super inconvenient . then the wait through the drive thru 8 minutes. then last no where to contact untill you get your receipt chivkenestaples@gmail .stop being sheep and say something if you see something . so sick of the lack of standard and accountability
