Last week I went to get a sandwich. I was in a hurry and so hungry. I was getting it to hold me over for a 2 hour meeting. I didn’t know they were made fresh as they’re ordered. I got out of drive thru line and got down. The guy and girl working were so nice. They apologized that it wasn’t going to be quick. I completely understood…didn’t make a fuss. Wanna commend Spring one of the managers at this location, she was calm, kind, understanding. Went beyond the call of duty to let me know she was sorry that my order took a bit long, and everything with a smile on her face..you need more people like her!! Thank you so much Spring!!! You deserve a raise!!
