Front person, changed what I had ordered to something he thought would better fit me, ok to that but then completely ignored my other part of the request, couldn't even get a receipt to put it in formally. Not sure if this is how they train these employees to treat customers

We ordered a baby shower cake for two employees and we were so happy with the design. It exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved it! Great job DQ! We will order more cakes for sure! Staff was super helpful and friendly. (pic does no justice)
Always good food. Don't ever have problems with missing or wrong items with my orderParking: There's only a few spaces for regular parking. 3 for pick up, 2 for handicapped. Extra parking is across the shopping center parking lot which i don't care to walk across during the evening.

We love getting our big 135 pound puppy "Pup Cups" when we go to a Dairy Queen. They are unusually small & was asked if we had our dog with us in our vehicle when we went through the drive-thru. Apparently this is an issue here? ? The area is usually pretty busy & can be a challenge to navigate when driving a long-bed dually truck. Parking is rather limited & not spacious but the ice cream was good.

I ordered a cheeseburger by itself plain with cheese to go, first time they didn't put it in a bag, second time they gave me a plain burger with no cheese no bag just wrapping, 10 minutes later they finally put it in a bag still no cheese the cook asked a smart answer if they can hand me a slice of cheese.. they lost a customer that's 3 strikes. 4 years ago I ordered the $6 meal deal they acted like they didn't know what it was yet it was on TV commercials & YouTube ads & gave me instead a hunger buster meal charging $20 plus tax.. that's false advertising for not being aware of they're own advertisements. Personally I think the manager is a idiot for hiring a bunch of younger idiots off the streets.
This evening, around 8:15p, on 11-25-23, we order Fried Jalepeno's, which is named something else and 2 Banana Splits, and it was a Young White Female who served us with "no since of customer service " whatsoever! She made our Splits, before the Hot food was ready, only to put them in a Cooler, which had melted. Not to mention, she was rubbing her hands on her jeans, had on a sweater, which it was too cold, and her sweater sleeves nearly covered her hands, which possibly had contact with food she was preparing. No one had gloves on! Another lady came to a Register, only to go back in the food prep, without washing her hands.This place could use more caution while handling people's food. Cross contamination, I'm sure is happening at the sight of this establishment.
