6:75 for dots plus tax don't forget the tip we pursue every time I walked in that door there is nobody with the worker in there maybe you get more customers if you had more affordable prices

I recently tried their popcorn around Thanksgiving as my cousin ordered a Doc Popcorn bucket. The popcorn was hot, buttery and fresh and she said they had just made it. I went in today and noticed they were popping some, so I asked to have a bucket of the hot popcorn. The guy working there allowed us to taste popcorn that had been sitting there ready to serve (it looked like it had been sitting there all day and tasted terrible) I said no, I would like a batch of the fresh popcorn they literally had sitting there and they refused to sell it to me. He kept saying how fresh this popcorn was and I can assure you anyone who tasted it would say otherwise. What got me was the very dramatic eye roll he did after I said okay thanks nevermind. I didn't pick a fight with him, just listened to him tell me he wouldn't put in the bucket and said "okay that's fine I don't want it" It was totally rude and uncalled for especially since we had been waiting there as they were making it.I'm not one to complain and have worked in retail myself and trust me I get it. But again, I didn't say anything to this guy after he refused to do his job. I just said okay and HE was the rude one about it. Doc Pop, whatever guy you had working there on Saturday, December 18th at 5:50pm clearly thinks it's too much work to pop some popcorn. I don't even think the popcorn he was going to give us was enough to fill the bucket I was asking for. I was so excited to get some and I left so disappointed. Guess people just don't feel the need to do their job.

I absolutely love this ice cream. Dippin dots can be found at the Texas State Aquarium, Chuck E. Cheese and now La Palmera. Yay!

I just love when we go go the mall, we always stop at Dippin Dots for the great popcorn and Ice cream! The workers are always so nice and always have smiles! Thank you for the great service!
Their popcorn is just old and gross you can see the rim of gunck in the display, and the costumer service is a joke it's just a bunch of kids rolling their eyes at you. The mall offers better popcorn on the lower level and better prices.
