The ambiance was exactly what I needed tonight. The wait was only 20 mins, and we had drinks while we waited. Drinks were fun and flavorful. The chips and dips were good but the green sauce lacked flavor (add some lime and salt!.). I was skeptical about the food but it was delcious. Beans were a little runny but had great flavor! Our waitress was very polite and took good care of us

Amazing food and beverage. A great addition to the local restaurant scene. Incredible enchiladas and churro donuts..

New restaurant with growing pains. Looks like it will be a really cool place. We had great appetizers, didn't get dinner due to overwhelming crowd.

Stopped by for a few drinks & bite because my friends and I have heard such great things & we loved it ! The food was amazing for the late night bites and definitely going to be going for lunch. Loved the ambiance and atmosphere, very beautiful bar with a great selection. Overall I loved it but the service wasn't the greatest ! Two bartenders forgot my drink after making my two friends drinks & just didn't seem organized what so ever. Next time won't be sitting at the bar !!!

I have no notes. These people know how to run a restaurant. The theme and vibe are great and well executed. It's well staffed by trained, polite, invested workers. The food is amazing. The price points are excellent. The service is top tier. This restaurant has no rivals in Corpus. We got pitchers of margs with friends and shared some apps. They were spectacular. She went ahead and brought extra setups of guac, sour scream, and salsa so we didn't have to all share the one that came with the nachos. She wouldn't stop bringing chips. None of this got nickeled and dimed on the receipt. Best restaurant of its kind within 2 hours, for sure.

Awful service in the patio! Chips salsa were good. Mixed fajita plate only thing good were the chicken fajitas. Beans had way too much comino. Beef fajitas with soy sauce? Naw not again. Their queso sauce is awful. Brad reach out to me again. Link expired. I have some input for ya.

Over-crowded, over-priced slow service and very noisy. If you like restaurants so noisy you can barely carry on a conversation, this is the place for you. They didn't have just a Mariachi band, they had an orchestra! We were seated nearly 90 minutes before our food came. The seafood enchiladas were "blah" the carnita meat in the El Camino platter was full of gristle. There are lots of better Mexican restaurants in Corpus Christi.

The food and service was great! Roberto was an amazing server and made sure our night and meals were great. Ask for him when you come here!

This place is AMAZING!! The food is SUPERB! The service was amazing. Ask for Roberto when you come. He is very knowledgeable of the menu and will make your dinning experience one to remember. We came for my friends birthday and she will never forget it. The restaurant is so beautiful and clean.

My nephew and I came in to eat before hitting the arcade next door and we ordered sea food enchiladas and tacos. I hadn't been here before but my nephew had and ordered something that didn't turn out to be what he had before. He didn't realize what he had before was from the late night menu and really didn't like what he got. The server got the manager and he was super friendly! I think he already understood what my nephew was looking for and was able to walk him through the menu item to make sure it was what he had before. He even offered to let us keep the food but he just really didn't like the cheese sauce and didn't take it home. That manager was great! We were not upset at all! It was a great experience and the place looked amazing! Having the manager come replace the food is usually and uncomfortable experience but it actually showed me how wonderful their staff is! The server was kind and we appreciated how quickly the manager got the replacement out for him. He will know for next time to grab a late night menu! Other than that the food was extraordinary! We hope to be back soon :)

When I moved back to Corpus Christi a little over six (6) years ago, I have to admit I was a bit of a foodie snob. In particular, my gripe was with the city's options for Tex-Mex cuisine. Anyone familiar with my food habits (via pictures and reviews) will know that I am very well versed in this specific genre as it fascinated me when I lived "In the Loop" ("ITL") in Houston. I have sampled it all over the state and have always been a bit disappointed that there wasn't anything here in Corpus that matched the quality found elsewhere. That is until now. Welcome, El Camino Comida & Bar! This is legit "big city" Tex-Mex. From atmosphere to food, they have pinned it down, and it fits in very well in downtown Corpus. They just opened a few weeks ago, so time will tell how they fare; but we are approaching Summer (translation = "tourist season"), so my assumption is that they will perform well with both locals and those visiting. I have only been here twice, but plan on frequenting the place quite often. I have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it so far, and should management stay on top of things, I do not see any reason they will not turn out to be a huge hit for the city!

The best margaritas in Corpus! Everything about our dining experience was phenomenal. The chips and salsa were top notch. We ordered the seafood and steak fajitas and they were more than enough for two people. The service was quick and the ambiance was charming.
