I go to the only cookie place in town expecting to be able to just buy a cookie as soon as you guys open because you guys should have prepared before you guys open. I wanted to get a cookie cake for my wife's birthday, but I was told that I have to wait until 4:00pm which is 6 hours from now to get it. Makes zero sense.

When they have them Love the cookies hate the service. I would like to know who hires the peopleWho work there because they need HR hiring training. None have a sense of customer service or how to keep cookies in stock even on down times! Profit Margins are obvious not important to this owner. They NEVER have cookies to sell soWhen you can get one then you are a lucky one several times I’ve gone I leave empty handed. Driving to San Antonio and just getting Crumble to satisfy my cookie craving since I can never get cookies here

A year ago I ordered a cookie cake for my girlfriend & we thought it was super funny because we didn’t realize “zombie” was misspelled. This year I wanted to surprise her with the same cookie cake & I was told that it was impossible to make it in such a small cake so I finally agreed to the 12” cookie (which is twice the price & really big for two people), but I went with it just because I wanted to surprise her. When I picked it up, the gentleman was just staring at it saying they weren’t allowed to do the design on the 12”, that it had to be on a 16” cookie cake. It made me feel like I did something wrong and he was just so awkward about the whole experience. If it wasn’t allowed why was it offered? Where they just going to leave the cookie blank for $30?? I’m disappointed that they want me to spend $50 on a cookie cake for two people, I definitely will not be coming back to this money hungry business. Thank you for the memories.

Usually have a great experience when I go, but I’m not sure what the staff was thinking during this previous visit. I wanted to purchase 10 chocolate chip for my family and six snickerdoodle, but the young man rudely told me he could only sell me 12 cookies. Nowhere was a a max amount of cookies posted. I was unable to purchase two flavors for some reason and was only able to leave with chocolate chip. I wanted to purchase a single cookie to try another option and he said I couldn’t add it.As a for-profit business, I’m not sure how you can’t sell more of a product that’s already sitting behind the glass. It’s not like it was an inconvenience to make more cookies, they were already sitting there.

They did a phenomenal job on this Stranger Things Cookie Cake! I was so happy and pleased with the final result. It was delicious and ready on time...and made for an extra special bday!
