Finally found real micheladas!! This place is so delicious and authentic. The enfrijoladas were delicious! The chicken enchiladas verdes were so delicious, they tasted like the real deal. The service was super nice and helpful. Regarding prices, it is a bit on the higher end but it is definitely worth it.Vegetarian options: Enfrijoladas are delicious! Corn tortillas with beans and fresh cheese sounds simple but tastes amazing.

Hours showed closed at 9:00, refused to seat us at 8:30. There is no notice on google maps to tell us we were wasting our time traveling there. 15 minutes early would make sense for Mexican food but 30 minutes seemed appropriate.

Authentic, incredibly flavorful and fresh, interior Mexican food, without the Tex-mess.Small space, huge taste. Edgar was great, helped first-timers digest the extensive menu, really fast and friendly with his service and familiar with all the items.Gotta start with the poblano beans-killer mole and fresh hot chips. Her mole rojo was creamy and loaded with complex flavors. My pork shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, perfectly-seasoned, and huge. Even the rice had a complex but light flavor. Guac is definitely fresh! Giant portions…Really two meals per serving.¡Comida Deluxe!

Ordered the Pork Shank special and it was absolutely delicious. Ordered it every single time I've ate here. The only place here in Corpus Christi serving you the whole pork shank (bone included). The dish even comes with tortillas on the side to eat with your Pork Shank, make your own taco! If you ever visit Corpus Christi, TX Guajillo's is without a doubt a place you should visit. Get their chips with Mole too, their Mole is amazing!
