*****NO STARS*****I was missing items from my order, went back to get my missing items and the lady (manager i guess) was super rude claiming they had added everything to my order whereas i was still missing these items, she gave me a look as if i was lying (how rude), she was adamant they added everything, but yet i was still missing these items, like I'm really going to waste gas, drive all the way back to get ''something I didn't pay for!'' I'm not a freeloader! ?I've been going for years to this restaurant, but after today I'd rather drive further to be treated better, customer appreciation is everything, and I'm not going there anymore, and this wasn't the first time being treated rude by this person, but it will be the last. AND THE FOOD HAD A WEIRD TASTE TO IT? GOT MY STOMACH UPSET. Sorry hacienda but I like being appreciated and not treated bad. And on another note: WHO IN THE HELL LEAVES BoNES IN A PORK CHOP ''TACO!!''

I ordered porkchop tacos and the bone was left in the taco who the Hell? Finds that okay I stabbed my gum not know they left the bone in!!!!!! I call the manager back and he talks to me like it's common sense to me that the pork chop has a bone ! No sir I paid for pork chop not the bone

A hard piece of metal wire was found in my taco after taking a bite. It poked me so hard. Cooks need to be more careful and not be so careless when preparing our food. If this wire would’ve been ingested, I could’ve been seriously injured.

First time customers with the family. We will not be back. Terrible menuedo. Said no cheese on omelet, came with cheese. The picture on the menu advertised omelet bean's and potatoes. The plate didn't deliver with the potatoes as advertised. The waitress didn't even try to make right. We should of stuck to our regular restaurant, just wanted to explore somewhere different.
Staff waitresses were very cordial, friendly,and quick, and the menu has a very large array of choices with food quality well above average !

Went to this restaurant with my sister. The food was good, I ordered Mini Asada Taquitos and a coffee and my sister ordered menudo (small) bowl and sweet tea. I liked the taquitos, they were so flavorful and tasty. The waitress was very nice. I forgot to take a picture her meal. Only thing is, if you ask for a little more chips and salsa, they'll charge you for it.
