We have ate there multiple times. Hoping the food or service would get better. No surprise at all... It does not. Our waiter was very nice but was tasked with training what seemed like 3 people at one time. All the while the manger just sat there doing nothing. We ordered 3 adult meals and what we THOUGHT was 3 kids meals. As it turned out 1 of them was also an adult meal (it was off the sonic menu so it definitely looked like it would be a kids meal?) We ended up with a check of almost $100 before the 2 kids meals were removed. You can EASILY go to a dozen other nicer restaurants with much better food and better service for that price. When we asked the manger if we could split the check she said it would be too much work. Not to mention multiple times while there our waiter disappeared (I'm sure with his hands way too full doing a MANGERS job.) We waited and waited for a drink refill and was pretty much done eating before our server was able to bring us refills. Highly do not recommend wasting you time or money.

The minute my family and I walked in our waitress looked at us ugly. She purposely kept coming back to our table so we could hurry up and leave. Didn't even ask us if we were done with our food before leaving to the back. It wasn't packed. She was racist and it looked like the other employees were too by how they looked at my family all ugly. Like we shouldn't have been there. I used to love going to IHOP I am so saddened how terrible this place has become. No more friendly atmosphere just people judging others. Plus, she kept on wanting us to give her the card to pay because she thought we were going to leave without paying. Not going back again!!

Two adults and an infant go to eat at 1pm today after lunch rush. Only 3 tables are occupied, several wait persons, 2 persons in dress shirts that looked like managers. Took a while to get seated. Then we waited and waited , after 15 minutes of no one coming to our table we left to eat at Denny's a few yards down for good service

Someone needs to check out the ladies restroom. There was a horrible smell in there and the toilets were clean. This does not make for a pleasant experience when your dining out to eat. Hope you all find out what the problem is and correct it.
