We love Jason’s deli! ❤️ The food, the atmosphere, the management and all employees. They make you feel sooo welcome!! My husband and I choose this place sometimes over restaurants in the city. The food is delicious and nutritious. The Salad bar is always so clean and so fresh! The managers are such a good example of good work ethic to their employees. The food here is so delcious. We have been here multiple times, and only once was the food mediocre. Every other time, the food was very good. The staff is always friendly and fast with your order. The atmosphere is great for a quick lunch, family dinner, or a causal business lunch. I had the grilled cheese with Irish potato soup. Both were good, but I would have liked a little more melted cheese in the sandwich. My husband had the ham muffaletta with chicken and rice soup. He said they were both good.

Today’s experience at Jason‘s on Saratoga was the way you should be treated as a customer. While my sandwich was delayed, the manager took it upon himself to prepare my sandwich, deliver the order along with another bowl of soup and a strawberry shortcake. While I was saddened that my sandwich was delayed, the manager and his attention to the problem made the problem “No problem” in my books. Jason’s Deli on Saratoga makes you feel like you are a valued customer always and I thank you for this.

This was my first time ordering from Jason's deli. I informed the lady who took my order of that fact. She was not helpful. She seemed annoyed when I told her. After I told her what type of sandwich I was looking for (roast beef) she did point out the sandwich (Meateater) which was close to what I was looking for. She asked if I wanted a drink and 16 dollars later my first experience was trashed. I was not told I could add (lettuce, tomatoes, ect) anything to the sandwich, I was not offered any flavor of chips. I was also not informed of the options with the salad bar. My first experience here seemed hostile. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Between the High Prices for a simple unremarkable sandwich, add on an unwelcoming additute, leaves this place as a complete ? percent fail in my book.
