Store managers lies. This store messed up on my orders 2 weekends in a row online. I reached out to the manager and he told me that at my convenience he would have the sandwiches remade. I explained I didn't live in corpus and I wouldn't know when I would be able to get them. He told me no problem. Well I came in today to get those sandwiches and now the manager is saying he can't do it bc It's over 2 months. Next time clarify that with your customer especially when they are up front from the strat about being from out of town. Very disappointed in the management. Jersey mikes do better

pretty good experience. got there. they were completely swamped. the gentleman behind the counter took our order and asked us to please be patient as they were working through a bunch of orders prior to ours. we went up to the front paid and got our sandwiches in no time at all. best part about it. they were great sandwiches. definitely going back.

One of the best locations here! Louis always has a great attitude and makes my sandwich great as well. I definitely recommend this location to anyone local or just visiting. It’s also just minutes from downtown !
Terribly rude and ignorant staff. The male on staff was aggravated when I told him the orders were wrong because the female cashier didn't take the order correctly. She explained that she only needed to know what 3 types of subs and that she would ask for the toppings when they were prepping. I said ok and sat down to wait. She never asked me. When I explained this to him, he became angry and expected me to write down the order! He kept blaming the Favor app as though his coworker hadn't blatantly decided to not write down the order the first time. I picked up the pen and explained that to him and said I would not write it down and tossed it back on the counter and told him to take the order then. He told me to leave. I did.I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE AS THE EMPLOYEES VERY CLEARLY WILL PURPOSELY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG AND THEN ANGRY WHEN YOU LET THEM KNOW.

Ordered two hot sandwiches from the menu. I guess I should have watched them make my food, because I got home and my chicken cheese steak was a hot wad of food. Bread cut sloppily and all the filling spilled out. Not even able to scoop it back into the sandwich with it melted into the paper. Just went into the trash, super disappointing.
