I'm giving them one star because they are completely impossible business to patronize. They don't open until 10:30 in the morning, skipping past prime coffee hours. Further I went down at 10:45 this morning (a Friday) and they weren't open, despite the fact that their hours are posted Monday through Saturday 10:30 AM. I asked the people at the hotel front desk what was going on, and they said maybe they're closed for the holiday? I wish I could review the coffee but, alas, never got to taste it so I'm just reviewing the business in general. It's New Year's Eve middle of the day, not New Year's Day. I have never heard of a coffee place, especially one in the middle of a large hotel, closing on such a holiday schedule. Edit - after I asked the woman at the front desk what was going on, they at least put up a sign on the door to the coffee place.
