Was in the mood for the stuffed avocado I've had before but at the spid location and is Soo delicious, haven't had in a while so was thinking why not but was Soo disappointed when the Saratoga gave me a plate that looked like it was made by someone who didn't want to cook today and tasted like it had been sitting from lunch, my husband got the nachos and he was not happy either. The minute the food came out my husband noticed it smelled weird and the tea was not good at all, only satisfying thing I had was the house margarita, never going back again, the price I paid and didn't even eat much of it

Walked in sat down, tables were filthy and the restaurant seemed to need a deep clean. I reviewed the menu and had to request the person that sat us to wipe our table. Seats had food on them as well. I never like to leave a bad review. For those prices, it should have been a better impression. We declined to order and left.

This place is horrible from the service, manager, food, and the environment! They are over priced for the amount of food they serve you and the quality was worst then a convenient store serving Mexican food! The manager was so rude he lets his employees do whatever they like and say! They took forever to sit even though it was pretty much empty the tables chairs and restrooms were dirty. The plates and drinks were stained and still had food on them it was disgusting!!!! The ladies at the bar sell to under age kids at the bar not asking for i.Ds and flirting with young kids that was super inappropriate and we told the manager and he just shrugged his shoulders and continued to flirt with a female employee this is the worst place ever if I can give it a negative 0 I would do not recommend at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasted an hour of my time “trying” to order to go food, the hostess couldn’t place my order and when she finally did the order was wrong. She must of been new or something, the waitress who “helped her” also ordered the wrong thing. At the end I asked for my money back and left. White people serving at a Mexican restaurant. I’ve never been more disappointed and unhappy. It was a waste of my time, and I hope my money is refunded correctly back into my card.. god knows they couldn’t even place my order much less how to refund me

We had a large to go order. The person taking the order was very inattentive when we ordered. The order was missing several items. They were not entered on the bill either. The lettuce and tomatoes on the salad were old. The tortillas were raw and uncooked.

We had a large order, dinner for nine. Only two out of nine of the orders were correct. The problem was the young lady on the phone who seemed distracted with the front of house. Food was alright; I just wish it was what I ordered.
