Update to 4/2024... Prices have gone up! It's always packed here! Great sausage and biscuit in the morning with fast and friendly service! It's been good.Sometimes inconsistent but mostly great! I could see them hustling behind the counter. Everyone was working hard! Plus... They always have frappes!Looks like they're struggling to keep up. 2 interviews going on while we were there today 8/17/2022 and it still seems like they're struggling. God bless those people. I couldn't do it. ??10/27/2022 well they have my son working there now so hopefully he'll be an asset! ??

Constantly missing food ive missed a Big Mac, 40 nuggets, and for some reason, Everytime I go, their computers down and can't take orders. Mostly from the night crew. I'm a dummy since I keep going back

Waited in the outter lane in the drive through line for 10 minutes, and they took 3 other vehicles orders from the inner lane & completely ignored the fact that they had an outter lane. My kids are upset & my husband is frustrated! Will not be going back to this location!

I take my toddler here periodically and they keep the inside of the restaurant pretty clean which is awesome! We go for ice cream and it's the best. The only reason I took off a few stars is because I have seen 2x where the employee touches the top of the cones with their fingers instead of using a napkin or the paper around the cone to ensure they do not touch a part that a customer is going to eat. I've had to ask the manager to redo.

I just want to let everybody know how trash this McDonald’s is. I’m sure you all already know how trashy they are. The only reason anybody still comes to that place is because the only McDonald’s in a 15 mi.² radius so y’all are gonna continue to go there no matter what I had the worst burger of my life after not eating all day long and then finally decide in the cave in and get something to eat. Boy did I picked the wrong McDonald’s. Not only after I called 10 times and waited and rang and rang and rang. No one answered now I’m leaving this entire review so you all know to not go there even though you’re probably all will because you’re gluttonous Americans

20 people in the back at all times being griped at by some lady while people in the lobby blatantly are ignored for 10-20 minutes. This is what it’s like every time I pick up an order here. Terrible management and service.

Took forever In The drive thru just to receive raw pattie’s. A # 3 and a McDouble. One has pink meat and the other has brown the Pattie’s are both THIN so so don’t understand how it can’t be cooked throughly . Disgusting! 15$ an hour for what? This McDonald’s is TRASH. Time to shut it down already or do a clean sweep of the terrible employees they have!!!!!!!! And of course when we call there’s no answer! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Went for lunch today and found this grasshopper in the bottom of my dr pepper, I have tried calling but the phone line is disconnected or busy or something so no fixing this
