Went there at 10:32 a.m. Try to order breakfast and they said it was too late for breakfast. So we didn't get what we wanted. But we still got to eat. The food wasn't that good though.

I went through the drive-through and i had a bad experience. There was a bunch of unprofessional people and the managers were walking around. They were very disrespectful when taking my order when I got to the drive-through to collect my food, the lady was very mean and disrespectful when I got home to taste my food, it was uncooked, disgusting, nasty, and un edible I was very upset they were just standing around the managers as the lady that took my order completely disrespected me and every in anyway that you could think of I was so uncomfortable so upset about this. My family was disappointed when they got their food everything that we had ordered was disgusting. They made everything wrong. They didn’t get nothing correct so please do not go to this McDonald’s. The lady that took my order I believe her name was Audrina. Please do not come here. It is such a horrible McDonald’s and it sucks to say that this is the life that we have to live because people can’t do correct customer service. This is the way that people act because they don’t hire people that are actually valuable and fit for the job. McDonald’s restaurant number is #10718.

If I could rate this No stars I would! This morning I used the mobile app and sent my breakfast order through by 10:05 A.M. and was charged $19.21. Received the email confirmation by 10:18 A.M. When I arrived at this McDonald’s location I gave the cashier my 4 digit code and they located my order but the cashier Roxanne said I was late to pick up my order and that I was only charged for the bacon strips which was a lie because in the McDonald’s app it charged me for my entire order that was for my family, She then begin to get rude and loud through the drive thru intercom and started yelling at me and I had my 2 small kids and newborn baby in the vehicle with me she made them and myself feel uncomfortable, Nothing was getting resolved so I then asked for the manager then I drove to the window where I started speaking with the manager Alice, she then said that there was nothing that could be done and wouldn’t receive my refund until couple of days, she then said I can go look and see what we have and can make your order she then comes back to the window with Roxanne to not only tell me that they have everything to make my order but will have to charge me Again for a second order which I then declined, they close the window and began just laughing at me. This is Not Customer Service! They were very Unprofessional!
