I was ignored in the first lane of drive thru when I had a mobile order. I had to sit there and hear three people skip in front of me in the second lane until I was able to reverse out and park. I go inside just to find there was no manager to be found. They were so disorganized and when she finally came back I was still waiting for my food. I was there a total of 45 mins just for them to hand my food off to some random guy. Then when the girl found out what she did she started laughing. I’ll never come back to this store because it’s poorly managed. They should fire and replace that employee who laughed when she handed my food off to whoever without confirming anything.

No one was operating the speaker despite cars building up and only one at the window. After a few minutes I just pulled forward to place my order instead, and the two at the window were clearly messing around. Which is whatever. And they still got my order wrong. The lady at the second window was kind though, at least

I meant to leave this review a couple of months ago...The only thing worse than the food here is the service. We sat in the drive-through for over 15 minutes and nobody was in front of us. They gave us our drink right away, but acted as if we didn't exist afterwards. We only ordered a fish sandwich and fries.We never received an update on the status of the order. I ended up going inside for a refund, and the lady looked at me and said, "do you want the food or your money back". It seemed as if she knew she was doing a terrible job, and was waiting for me to come in after wasting our time.For being part of the service industry, they should really focus on service. I will not give another penny to this location.

Very rude. I had gotten my order and they never took my friends and brother order out we went to ask and they said they gave it to us we politely told them you didn’t give it to us and they said “ don’t give it to them we alr gave it to them” when they never did so we had to show them proof and they aggressively slammed the bag on the counter. Very rude. DO NOT GO HERE. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. also they gave my friends food to someone else we waited about 30 mins for their food for it to never come out that’s why we went to go ask and we couldn’t use the restroom unless we ordered and paid for our food when we rlly had to go from being on the road for awhile when ppl used it when they didn’t even order
HORRIBLE customer service some white rude lady was very rude and disrespectful and some girl with eye liner slammed our food aggressively after we asked if it was ready due to them giving it to someone else.100% DO not recommend here white girl decided to say not to remake our order because we had gotten it which we never did. white lady continued to talk stuff to her coworkers. Before we asked if she could unlock the restroom because we had to use it and then we where gonna order white girl than began to be rude and say well u have to be a paying customer after letting other people who didn’t buy food use it.

Waited at least 30 minutes in the drive through to get two burgers and 2 large fries, got the order, started to drive off, and only put one of the fries, had to park and go inside to get the other French Fry. Is it me, or did the mcdonalds in Corpus fall off??? This is like the 4th one we have visited since moving back, and like the others, an awful experience. Think I'm doing away with mcdonalds for good.
