I ate the food before and it was really good. Today I decided to order from home and the food was not fresh at all. The taste was ok but I don’t have any doubts it was not fresh. Food came completely cold. Too sad to pay $34 dollars to eat that.

I did not visit the restaurant. I visited the market,it was very pleasant. There is a wide selection of mid-Eastern and Mediterranean foods.

Foods great for a small walk in deli style restaurant. Vegetarian and gluten-free options, even if you just want break from eating meat and not a full-blown veg a tarian there’s options here and it’s different. We should all taste the flavors of the world.Dietary restrictions: Note that a lot of Middle Eastern foods are cooked with yogurt so if you are or have milk allergy or dairy intolerant, make sure to cook.

WORST SERVICE EVER. OWNER DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH A CUSTOMER. EMPLOYEE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THE RESTAURANT. Ordered and paid for half a tray (12 squares/24 pieces) of Greek Baklava five days prior. When I went to pick it up the lady helping me didn’t know my order was set aside. Instead she piled another order into a meal tray which was difficult to count. It was POORLY PRESENTED when you consider I PREORDERED it. When I got to my car I took the meal tray out and counted 11 squares several times. I went back and advised there are only 11 squares. The same lady proceeded to count and tell me it is 12 squares / 24 pieces several times ARGUING WITH ME. After she took the pile of Baklava apart to properly count them she realized she COUNTED WRONG and in fact was only 11 squares / 22 pieces. Then, after I asked for a refund the other lady advised her my order was already set aside in a nice box implying she didn’t have to pile a bunch of pieces into a meal tray. Was fully refunded. Apology only occurred after I told the whole incident to the cook and mentioned she didn’t apologize. Communication, learning to count 12 square, and not arguing would have prevented any of this. Owner is unwilling to discuss the conflict with me.

Would have given 4-5 stars for flavor but…I was looking forward to a good meal. I didn’t know what to choose so I ordered the butter chicken, the gyro plate, and the masala. I also ordered 2 kibbi balls, naan bread, fattoush salad tabbouleh salad along with 6 baklava pieces. Spent over $70. I get home with the food and the first thing I try was butter chicken. Great flavor and texture on the chicken. I ate a few pieces and put the rest away. I tried the kibbi balls next and when I bit into it I pulled a long black hair from inside the ball. It was Freaking gross. Obviously I called the restaurant and they simply said sorry then stayed quiet. I asked if they could refund the balls and the woman on the phone said the boss would call me back. I never got a call. I wasn’t asking for all my money back, simply what had hair in it. Obviously I won’t be going back and hopefully they start wearing hair nets or hats or something when making the food.
