We ordered the papadillos and we wanted meatball marinara what we got was very hot Italian sausage small pizza bent in half very disappointing. When I hear meatballs I think beef not food so hot we couldn’t eat out supper very disappointed

Clean,respectful Employees, needs more employees cuz others are hard at work to serve customers but they do a awesome job for the couple of employees they have. Manager is great at how they take care of employees and customers.

I’ve recently started ordering papa John’s (I own a home in the community across from it) and the first two orders of the ultimate pepperoni were AMAZING! BUT these last two I’ve ordered they sent me a regular pepperoni pizza and charged me for the ultimate. I know because there was like 12 pepperoni on it, when before the whole thing was covered. Back to Dominos for us, it’s at least consistent
Mediocre pizza and service. Don't waste your money ordering extra toppings, cause you won't get them.

Missed items with order, driver said if I can wait a few he would return with missing items. 3 hrs later and I called store. Management apologized and said would be sent out with next order.Next day with no items. I call and manager has me on hold….. won’t take calls……The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

HAIRNET!! Found hairs in both my pizzas! I got disgusted with the first one and tossed it. Then the second one also had hairs! These pizzas aint cheap! Wear fing hairnets! It was so gross to feel a freaking hair in my mouth! Not to mention i TIP alllll the time! Everytime i go i am left unattended for over 8 minutes just standing like an idiot. My app told me my pizza was ready I dont know whats so hard about quickly giving me my order when its already on the silver shelf. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE NEVER EVER EVER! Disgusting!

I had ordered a Dorito Papadilla (chicken) about a month while doing banking in Calallen, for myself and it was delicious , it was recommended by a friend. so then , about 2 weeks ago on our way home coming from Corpus (no P.J. near us) My daughter & I ordered 1 each of the Dorito Papadillas (chicken) for dinner to take home. Got all the way home and noticed there was no Doritos seasoning on either one, which they are to have , it's not extra. Called and gave our info and read to the manager what the stickers on the box read, yep ordered them correctly, but prepared wrong. This totally changes the taste of it & it's LITERALLY the name of it; a DORITO Papadilla. Manger stated they would replace them for next time and apologized. Last night on our way home from business again in Corpus, we decided to call in on our replacement order and take home for -vs- cooking. Store agent or manger, states neither of us are in the system for the replacements but " I'll give you a discount for 2", but in order to possibly get the replacements you'll have to go onto the website fill out this and that and call this number on & on & on....ok sure we'll do the discount because we had a very busy day and didn't want to cook. Get home and guess what no DORITO seasoning on these either!!!!! I'm soo sick and tired of folks not doing their job and then paying customers having to jump through hoops to get good service anymore. I won't order from here again, which we have a some in the past as well. And it's a shame, we love Papa Johns (but don't get it often, normally) because we live too far away from one.
