Went to the drive thru at the Pete's on port. They told me to wait in lane 2. 20 mins later they still had not brought our food. I went inside they said they did not know what happened to my food they had to remake it 20 mins later they finally give me my food did not even apologize just shoved the bag at me. I went home and found a piece of sharp plastic in my burger. I called the store the manager Ross was very rude told me I can't have corporate number. Then hung up on me. And block my number. Very rude people I do not recommend at all.

The guy he says he's a manager, had the drink mat hanging off the rail. My drink fell and as he was complaining about him being a manager he says having to bring the food out and brought it to a wrong lane. My drink fell because the drink mat was off the rail. How was I suppose to know he left the drink rail off the rail. He told me never to come back he is a manager. What a horrible human being. It was his fault the drink rail was off the rail. He makes me feel very uncomfortable because the drink fell to the ground. He screamed like an animal at the top of his lungs. Next time I came in he told me to leave . I did nothing wrong.

Every time my bf or his family orders they always missing food that was paid for. The time to wait for the food isn’t worth it.
Thought I'd give Pete's a try after the other locations have closed and suddenly I get it. I get the three piece meal and drive 5 minutes back to my office with cold fries, a weak Dr. Pepper and three mystery pieces of chicken. The best I can say about the pieces is that they were difficult to navigate in attempts to get the meat off the bones. The batter was very dry and pretty bland. The fries...tasteless. Bye Bye for good, Pete's.
