I need everyone who has a sweet tooth but also counts calories to stop sleeping on this place IMMEDIATELY ?their strawberry cake in a cup is 160 cal for the WHOLE THING (2 servings of 80 cal) and it is NOT SMALL it is pretty big for a one person dessert!!!! And it doesn't taste diety it literally tastes amazing and it the MOISTEST cake I've ever had!!!? I am kicking myself for not trying this place sooner, I had no idea it was even possible for something so low in cals to taste...read full review

Great place for a healthier alternative to comfort food and deserts.I would 100% be going back. Very friendly staff and great service . Alissa made me feel welcomed an is a great asset to this establishment

This is our second time here since the new ownership. What a change! Food is great! We love that you have hot delicious meals. I've been missing sauces and gravies on keto. I had the chicken Alfredo zoodles and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to trying the entire menu.
