This is a franchise and it shows, the staffing is a joke as they aren't treated well and it then reflects on the customers with a who cares aditude so new staff all the time. The prices are redickulase for a piss poor pizza's you get. You more bang for your buck with other pizza companies! Little Cesar, Domino's ect.

I've gone twice and asked for extra sauce on my pizza and never got it on either one of them. Pizza is made as if they don't even want to make them there's no love in their craftsmanship there.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. Called to have pizza delivered 3 miles away from the store and they claimed they didn’t deliver at our location so we ordered carry out but that was almost impossible because I couldn’t understand what the person taking the order was saying. Needless to say we went and picked up the pizza and of course it was wrong. SURPRISE!! The employee behind the register tried to argue and claim she didn’t take the order which nobody said she did. They remade the pizza but the customer service at this Pizza Hut is atrocious. Now I know why nobody was there. Corporate might want to pay a surprise visit or place an anonymous order and find out what lousy service this store provides. I’ll never return again. Incompetent employees and that’s being nice.

Only drive-thru was open at 12:30pm. Had to leave line and return to pick up order.
These evening workers(a heavy set man that refuses to attend to customers and a lazy female in evening) made me a disabled individual that has a hard time walking to have to get up and order my food instead of attending to me. It was very slow and barely anyone was coming in. They both even had more than enough time to sit and attend to their phones while either sitting under counter or leaning up against table that housed the pizza toppings. Both were lazy and refused to attend to me a disabled person. Instead yelled at my from across the counter and across the dining room that if I wanted to eat that u had to get up and order at counter. Cuz no one was going to get up and attend to me at table.

I gust wanted to say that I really appreciate the amazing service. They let us know before we sat down, that they had no servers. And that whenever we’re ready we can just order in the front. After we ordered, they gave us our food in less than 10 minutes and gave us everything we needed cups with ice plates, napkins, and even more utensils. It was an amazing time with my family and I just wanna thank everybody who is making this fast food restaurant so amazing. Definitely will come next time we come into town.

Horribly run place. I ordered my food. Asked the worker when was I getting my salads. He said we don't carry a salad. The menu clearly shows them. He said I just charged you for 2 ranch dressing. ?♂️.... I told him I wanted my money back. He said he could only give me Credit. I told him I paid cash and expected my cash back. He had to call his area manager to get authorization .smh..last time in that place.
