We order online and decided to eat dine in. Our food was done already and we were told we couldn’t eat inside that it was policy! The customer service sucks they were very rude and argumentative about us dining in why have a dining if u can’t enjoy ur food there! I definitely don’t recommend it!

So we walked in and no one acknowledged us or served us. We were there seated, walked up to counter and staff saw us there but no one waited on us so we left after 15 min or so of waiting. Really bad customer service and experience.

Very annoying that they leave one door locked when yall are open. I had to walk all the way around the building to get my pizza. It was 1 o clock and the door that was locked is where most ppl would park because the other side is drivethrough. Why make it inconvenient for your customers. When I asked if they knew it was locked they said yes and Gave no explanation or unlocked it.

Thank you, Pizza Hut Corpus Christi had the most amazing large meat lover stuff crust pizza. I've haven't had in a long time. Advocates hope it off it was super fast and hot all the way home. Amazing thank you again can't wait to come back....

Usual location is Closed today. Called A store a few miles down the road who told me they could not take my order bc the store nearest me is where I’m supposed to call. She is aware the store is CLOSED but said she could not put my order in. Guess they don’t need our Bussiness.

Went for a nice friendly family dinner, got the opposite! The lady with purple hair was very rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude right when we walked in the doors. No manners what so ever. When someone says thank you, you usually really with you're welcome. Not this lady, she just walked off and ignored us. When we asked for ice she was annoyed and got the ice and just put it on our table without saying a word. A lady walked in with her children and she told them she was no longer taking orders, mind you we are the only ones in the restaurant. So she had to leave. Wow! That's all we have to say about this pizza hut. They need to do better and hire people with manners and know how to talk and treat customers!
