Answering service after 9pm is terrible. They do not know directions well bc there are 2 locations in almost the same area. Also the darn flipping Pizza Hut turns off all the lights so everything is dark like it's closed so its making you think you are in the wrong place. Ridiculous.

Disappointed. We ordered on Pizza Hut website but they still used door dash for the delivery. Our order arrived over 40 minutes later than it was supposed to and the items were cold. The excuse was she had several orders to pick up and deliver. That's not an excuse.

Horrible made my order wrong no meat vegetarian. And when I went back for my sauces that I paid for the manager made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving them to me when I paid for it to begin with understandable why it's always empty there horrible experience

This was the worst service I have ever had. They cancelled my order and said they called 5 times and didn't even call 2x. They were very rude and I will never ever order from pizza hut again. I guess pizza hut will give just about any body a job.

Horrible, I've never given a survey like this one but I would wanna know if I lived near a restaurant like this one. The pizza was terrible and the customer service was as bad as can be. Really really bad !!! I can honestly say that because of the actions of the employees at this one restaurant. I will never ever spend another dollar at Pizza Hut ever again and neither should you.
Terrible pizza delivered in a pool of grease leaking from the box.The other pizza wasn’t even cut and these clowns think they worth $15.00 an hour you can’t even get cutting a pizza down.

I decided to give pizza hut another chance . I ordered a large double pepperoni, double pineapple, and sausage. That wasn't what I got , but I sure paid for it . Well pizza hut , you lost another one , won't be going back . For 24.00 I should of gotten what I paid for .
