Haven't been back here in years gave it another shot. Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza was terrible almost no sauce, pizza was SO thin, greasy, the cheese in the stuffed crust tasted weird. Looked like it had been sitting out all day & was barely warm by the time we got it home which was right around the corner. We picked up at about 5pm. Everyone in the house agreed the pizza was awful & we won't be going back.

My driver felt the need to put his own tip and tried to hide it with his thumbs and had the receipt folded of I wouldn't t have turned my light on and opened the receipt I wouldn't have seen that he is lucky I gave him 2.00 instead of what he asked for after doing that

I placed 2 separate orders with 2 separate addresses. Somehow they delivered both orders to the same address, when we called to ask the manager for a resolution, she hung up on us twice and refused to make it right. When I tried to call the restaurant back they refused to answer my calls. Next thing I know I get a call from a district manager who tries to lecture me on customer experience. You all need to empower your managers to solve issues for customers. This was one of the worst scenarios I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut.

I give them zero stars they delivered my food half my order was missing and I made no attempt to make it right very very discouraging and lazy. This is why people don’t order from Pizza Hut anymore.
