Because of a rude employee, a super dry pizza with hardly any toppings I had not visited this Pizza Hut in 4 years. I gave it another shot in hopes of a better pizza. Again I was disappointed A couple of weeks ago I orderd the same pizza at another Pizza Hut at a different location. The pizza was loaded with toppings and super moist. Despite of paying extra for extra cheese on this last order it did not appear to have extra cheee. Come on Pizza Hut get it together

Not enough sauce and cheese. Ham has no taste. You guys need to take lessons from the man at Pizza Hut Kingsville. Best pizza around. It’s worth the drive.
I have proof & The manager Jim was very rude I hope y'all find a replacement he doesn't care about the customers. My order was made wrong and he refused to remake my order I wasn't never satisfied and he did not care. He said since I didn't all take back the food the next day I couldn't have my full order corrected which I don't understand since I pay for all at once which was one dinner box then while I'm talking to him he rudely started talking on the phone and made me wait while he took an order. He didn't care about my issues or how he treated people and doesn't just no manners and very rude. I have never been so disappointed in my service if your not going to replace your mistake you can still be polite I'm a costumer so treat me with respect.then I asked for the corporate number and the general manaer told me that they do not have it in the store I'm not aloud the number unless I talk to the owner who doesn't have a number also the manager said and I have proof of him telling me that... terrible service
