The worst customer service ever!!!! The male manager in green shirt in drive thru was on the phone yapping loud and gossiping. and gave me an open box my food fell out in my car. I normally go there three times a week. I'll never go there again and this isn't the first time!!! This is the worst Popeyes in all of South Texas!!! Store needs to be shut down and management needs to be retrained especially not to gossip about his employees!!!!!! Oh yea I'm reporting this location!!!

This is the last time I spend my money at this ridiculous restaurant. I placed my order online and it clearly has place an online order of 10.00 and get a 6 piece wings for free. I went to pick up and it is false advertising. The manager on hand and the general manager Rene are so unprofessional. I will give my buisness to Kentucky fried chicken.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. They ignore you when you go inside to ask about your mobile app order ?♀️, After 30 minutes looking at all the people who grabbed their order before you and they arrived after you The bad-tempered woman tells you that someone else took your order, and scream at you ???? but they never said your name or the number of your order. Manager touching his nose when he grabs your food, no one uses the hair net, employee coughing when handling the food, I don't like that place. The reason I went was because my daughter, who had just left the hospital, asked me to please go get an order because she wanted chicken. The good thing is that God is good and everyone pays what they deserve!!!! Ordered a chicken sandwich and popcorn shrimp. I waited in the drive through for 15min to get my order only to receive my order in a small bag that could barely contain the food. The bag fell over on my drive home and for whatever reason the shrimp box was never closed so it dumped 1/4lb of popcorn shrimp all over my floorboards. Time and money wasted. Package the orders correctly, it's not that hard.

I pulled up to drive thru at 10:05 pm. Guy says automatically we are only selling what we have, rudely. I tell him I have an online order and he says drive up rudely again as if I was the problem. I pull up and he tells me we have no fries we are cleaning. I say but you don't close for another hour. He says their truck didn't come in. Okay... Well we get our food we had gotten an extra side and biscuit. I didn't get my strawberry biscuit my daughter and I really wanted to try. I didn't want to talk to him again so I left. Then my daughter's popcorn shrimp was mostly fried shrimp tails,so she didn't really eat. So very disappointed. Bad management

Order chicken sandwich no pickle got a pickle ordered a two-piece with two legs didn't get that got a leg in a thigh cuz obviously that was too hard. First time eating Popeyes again after about 3 years cuz it was garbage the last time I'm never going back. I do not recommendParking: Another life 20 years so spots to park in I have three or four of which are handicapWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible about the most positive thing I can say food is crap.
