Ordered online. Went to pick up at drive thru,but their policy does not allow you to.Although my food was already bagged and ready to go, they wanted me to wait in the drive-thru line, then go park in front and get off and get it from inside. This is a dumb policy. They could have easily given it to me at the window. It would have taken a few seconds. This was at night after 9:00 with like 5 cars at drive thru. I hope they make exceptions for the elderly or disabled.
The only thing bad about this place is the parking lot. It is hard to get in and out of because it is SOOO busy all the time. You know what that means, right? Fresh food because they are moving it so fast. My suggestion is to park "outside" of the Cane's lot and walk across.

Had a great visit here, went through the drive thru and the order taker was hilarious, really made my day! Food was fresh and delicious, chicken was juicy and well-breaded, window person was great too. Highly recommend.
