My wife and I used to live in Texas, but moved away back in 2012. So we've spend the last 12 years building this place up in our minds as a great restaurant for BBQ. We finally made it back and it did not disappoint. We had the pork ribs and brisket. The food was good with or without the sauces provided on the tables. Plus the sides were delicious. I want to give this place a 10 star review, but unfortunately, I can't do that. I would like to thank Bobby Fisher, the senior manager. He was a very big help, as my wife had a medical emergency, when we were entering this establishment. Bobby was nothing short of amazing trying to help us out as all of this was going on, along with the rest of the staff. We haven't been to Rudy's in years but always loved it so one night away from the girls we treated ourselves, and mannnnn! Missed it, and will definitely go back. Smoked sausage cut just right on a toasted hamburger bun, and my wife had the stuffed baked potato with brisket and sausage, smothered with butter, sourcream and cheese!
