I bought the chorizo con huevo taco on a flour tortilla and it was awful! So much grease, it soaked through the tortilla. The egg with bacon taco was just as bad. The egg was way overcooked. Never shall i get anything from there.

I called ahead of time to find out what the lunch special was and it was Calabasa con Pollo, so we ordered two plates through the drive-through when I got home mine had no calabasa which was the reason I had ordered this , I live far from there, it not easy just to return to prove to them, I told them I could provide pictures, we also waited for quite a while before receiving our order, mind you were were the only ones in the drive through, the other plate you could tell had been warmed in microwave to the point the container bubbled up, I called this morning and the man that answered was very rude, saying it was policy to return the food back that day, check your order before leaving! Won’t return ! Feb 20 2024, disappointed!

This is a great restaurant. I like coming here also. The tortillas are massive and tasty. Love their tacos and coffee. Service is constant. No complaints. Viva Santa Rosa!
I changed from getting el sol to getting Santa Rosa. The food is good. When I actually get what I order!!! The past 3 times I've been there they have forgotten to give me beef in my enchiladas but still charge me for it and I'm not about to go back for a container of beef. So I'm left choking on the cheese enchiladas and end up not eating it. And it's not like I'm gonna go through my bags of food and cut open my enchiladas to check if there's beef. That's stupid. I'm annoyed and hangry right now?

If you love tasteless food this is the place for you. somehow my water ended up being the most flavorful thing on the table. the inside is clean but service is rude.

I have been disappointed lately by my takeout orders from several local Mexican restaurants that I thought were good in the past so I decided to try Santa Rosa. The lady at the drive-thru is very nice, the preparation of the dinner was prompt and the food (plate #33) was EXCELLENT. I was also very pleased to see the work on S Staples is finally done!
