No customer service. They don't ever answer the phone if after 7 they will close 30 min early with orders pending and then act like they don't see you or are hiding from who is knocking on door. Paid online then they act like closed. Something ain't right with the night crew mgmt.Can't order online now. Have to order in store then wait.

They started out good and went downhill. I always order the same turkey on jalapeno cheddar bread with avocado. The previous 3 orders were on plain bread, not jalapeno cheddar bread, even though it showed on my receipt that I had ordered it. The last time it was on the jalapeno cheddar bread but they skimped badly on avocado, lettuce, and turkey. Plus the tomato was the hard end piece. It was an awful sandwich.Update: I gave them another chance (mistake) and again it was not on the jalapeno cheddar bread that I had ordered. Plus as an extra bonus, I got food poisoning after eating it. Now I get to take a round or two of antibiotics. Thanks, Schlotzsky's! I think that was the final straw. I won't be ordering from them again and certainly won't recommend them to anyone else.I'm tired of the restaurants being totally incompetent here in Corpus Christi. I've gotten food poisoning in Corpus Christi more times than in any other city I've ever been to. The health inspector here must be as incompetent as the restaurants.

Placed an order online and when I arrived the doors were locked and they still had an hour and a half before closing. We had to call to be let in. I asked Axel if they were open till 10 and said no although google says they confirmed business hours 6 days prior! Terrible customer service!!!

Ordered 2 Turkey Bacon Club Great Sandwiches ! $ 25.00 sandwich order Cinnabon on the other hand getting greedy !2 mini Cinnabons and I was charged $4.99 for each mini Cinnabons size of a yo yo .... just ridiculous ! Walked in at 8:38 to grab a late dinner but never got to take my order.They were on the phone in front of me at the register and said nothing to me just letting me stand around with no word of acknowledgment after a few minutes I left

Scjlotzsky makes the best sandwiches. They are fast and friendly. There's a lot to choose from on the menu. I recommend schlotzskys to everyone I talk to friends and family. Schlotzsky is the place to be for lunch and dinner.
