Excellent place for tasty cheap food. service is awesome even when they are busy. really nothing but great experiences here, so i will be back. it has a cool feel to it.

I have always wanted to try this restaurant but didn't want to drive all the way downtown so when I saw the store listed on the sign outside the Kleberg bank office building and it was in my neighborhood, I just had to stop in and try. This was simple to find as it's located just past the elevators right off the front lobby. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was hoping to find a gourmet sandwich shop and nothing like most sandwich shops' processed meals. I was a little apprehensive about dining in the middle of a business lobby but I found a small table off to the side and once this place filled up with diners, it was quite comfortable and not so unusual or odd feeling being in a bank building lobby.

Menu is written on the board and is very easy to read. If you want to modify your sandwich selection - add something, delete something, no problem. Not a lot of tables, so be prepared to wait or share a table. Multiple types of ice tea. Fast food well made, but a cut above subway.

Unfortunately The wait and service communication is ridiculous. I called an order in 15 minutes prior. Waited Another 15 minutes with zero communication. The woman worker yelled off orders that were ready but never said mine. I finally ask and it was sitting there this entire time. I understand when you are busy but when people are getting their food after someone who called and has now waited a total of 30+ minutes it’s just unacceptable. I normally would recommend and love this place but it seems lately it’s a pick and choice on how you receive service. This was actually the second this happened to me. First time being earlier In the week for an order I picked up for someone else.

Really great sandwich shop, nice seating area. Really good iced teas, really good chips! They have a seasoning on them that is kind of like old bay and very thinly sliced. I got the brisket chili, kids got grilled cheeses, also got tuna sandwich. All were really good. Staff was very nice and accommodated one of our children with a food allergy. Highly recommend! The only thing that would make this place 5 stars would be the availability of draft beer or just a larger selection of local beers.

When you're downtown and you're strapped for time, it's hard to beat Shoreline Sandwich Co. The food is fresh, flavorful and won't break your budget or your lunch hour. We stopped in and I got the cheesesteak sandwich while my wife got the BLT. Both came within just a few minutes of ordering. The cheesesteak was hot, tasty, with roasted peppers and onions in a super-fresh baguette. The steak, itself, was chopped up and seasoned perfectly with a nice char on the edges. The sandwich was pretty darn good. It comes with a bag of housemade seasoned chips and a kosher spear. The chips need a little work; they were a little over seasoned and under fried. What I can tell you about the BLT is it's HUGE! A mountain of bacon between two slices of Texas toast with butter lettuce and fine, ripe tomatoes. I wish I'd ordered that because she couldn't finish all the bacon.... gasp! The service is very friendly and, as mentioned, fast. We were served, done and gone in less than 30 minutes. And the prices will have us coming back again soon.

We were hanging out at the beach and were hungry for some high-rated Yelp food. Shoreline Sandwich Co is in the downtown area, make sure you have some spare change to pay for meter parking! The sandwiches here were delicious, and the house potato chips were freaking amazing. They had some kind of sprinkle-crack spices on them, and I couldn't get enough. I love that this place splits waste into recycle-ables, paper, and bio-waste. Service is fast, prices are reasonable, and the chips...you'll need more chips.
