Disappointing Experience with Wait Time at StarbucksI've been eagerly awaiting the perfect moment to share my thoughts on the drinks at Starbucks. However, today's visit left much to be desired. After patiently waiting for over 15 minutes, I noticed that no one had called my name, nor was there any acknowledgment of my presence, which was disappointing. As an Asian customer, the lack of a warm welcome or any form of acknowledgment was particularly noticeable.Despite the delay and lack of attention, I must commend the quality of the drink itself. As a regular customer and proud member of Starbucks, I've come to expect a certain standard, and the beverage certainly met those expectations. The blend was rich, flavorful, and served just the way I like it.In terms of improvement, I believe attention to customer service is paramount. A simple acknowledgment upon arrival or periodic updates on the status of the order could go a long way in enhancing the overall experience. While I understand that busy periods can lead to delays, a proactive approach to managing customer expectations would greatly improve satisfaction.As a loyal customer, I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback and hope that this review serves as constructive criticism. I look forward to future visits, hoping to see improvements in customer engagement and service efficiency.

I’m from Ireland and have never been. But I’ll tell you what someone posted on Reddit a member of staff seen a young lady had a man that was a stranger to her sit and talk to her. The barista wrote on a cup telling her if she needed assistance lift the lid off the “this was left by a customer so just take it for free” hot chocolate. I for one found that story inspiring and would suggest whoever that barista was gets employee of the month for the remainder of their career.

This is my second time experiencing this problem. I don’t really know what kind of rules was it, but I think it made nonsense to me.For mobile order I would come and pick up the drink in the store. The reason for ordering through mobile app because it’s convenient and quick rather than driving thru because it would take too long, and I usually order my coffee to go to work, so I just want it quick. Today on the way to work I ordered my drink through mobile app and it went through smoothly. I came to the store to pick up the drink, but the store was locked and requested customers to pick up the drinks in drive-thru. My drink already done and I saw it on the table, and I asked the staff for me pick up the drink real quick because I couldn’t wait that long since i have to go to work. The staff said I couldn’t do that. If the store doesn’t let customer get in to pick up their orders from a mobile app, so the online mobile should not be available!!!if I know this would happen, I wouldn't order my drink with this store, i had multiple options to order my drink. I ended up leaving and left my drink there that already paid for. This is my second time happened to me. This is frustrating and make nonsense!!!!!!

Unfortunately, this is a horrible location for a starbucks! Drive thru is always backed up. Getting in and out is always an issue and always a long wait. The staff is always really friendly but understaffed. Inside is always a bit unorganized and would not be a relaxing place to sit and have coffee or work due to the setup and amount of people standing and waiting for coffee. It needs to be bigger and in a better location!
