I ordered a drink at 10:39, it told me it would be ready at 10:51. have three items. I had a venti a grande and then a peppermint cakepops, i understand y’all are busy but i shouldn’t be waiting an hour for a drink. Everyone that was here before me has gotten there drink and i ordered before all of them on the app ? it really shouldn’t take almost an hour to make a drink, i got the peppermint cake pop and then the grande before everything else and stood there waiting for my third item. i had to ask them to make it because they were making everyone else’s before mine.

SAVE the TIME and SAVE the WAIT. The starbucks on campus used to be on top but now it takes 30 minutes for one drink. There doesn't even have to be a line and for some reason the orders still become backed up. I'm surprised no one has complained yet because it's becoming ridiculous. The mobile orders are the same as in person. So if you're wanting a drink for you're class, order 40 minutes ahead or prepare to be late!

I got a symmetric pour over and it was weak and acidic. It seems that Starbucks is dropping in quality. I'm not saying it's all bad, but it's not the Starbucks that brought it to where it is today.

I’ve recently been giving this Starbucks a shot because it’s on campus but it’s been a bad idea. The past 5 times I’ve gone 4 of those times there’s been something wrong with my coffee. I have found a bee in my coffee, a nail, hair, and flies.

It’s normally a great place to get a drink, they remember me and they usually do really well. I mobile ordered for the first time, and I asked for one of the holiday lattes with oat milk and no whipped cream cause I got that intolerance. I got a literal cup of hot dairy milk with extra whipped cream and nothing else. I mean, yeah, one of the girls who works there hates me, but you’d think at least one other person would check that she made my drink right or something.

I am very disappointed, I ordered a drink through the app with light ice and extra whip cream and there was more ice than drink and no whip cream. I asked the employee but she said it was the way it came. I didn’t understand but just accepted it, and as I tasted it, it was really bad. Will not come again at this Starbucks location. :(

The lady added an extra charges on my order for “too much ingredients” while I bought the same order with lower prices like usual at other stores. Employees is extremely rude to customer!! Really need to work on customer service!!
The employee is so rude and unprofessional. She was always trying to charge me extra even I told her I did not get charged for extra matcha powder via mobile app or other stores.

Really great service here! It's convenient and even when they have a long line it doesn't take long to get to the register. Never had any issues with my orders and it was really helpful that the one taking my order made some recommendations when a food item was out.
