The manager (wearing prep gloves) grabbed his phone out of his pocket and set it on the sandwich prep area, then grabbed my bread. Lack of training or carelessness evident. Luckily I got another sandwich maker and new bread, but still, it would have been made had I said nothing. Anywho it doesn't look like the owner of this location cares about bad reviews so just leaving this as a warning to other potential customers. Will not return here.

I tried going here ONE time, because all it takes is one bad experience for me, and I will never go back. I didn't get to taste the food to rate it. Went in about an hour before they were to close and they were putting up everything, left us standing there and didn't say a word. No greeting, no, "we're closing early". The service was horrible and because of that, we drive further to go to the one on Ayers. Will never spend my money there.

The young men that were there were focused on a friend or a fellow employee who came in and not caring to make our food or be courteous. Their hat were on sideways and they were in basketball shorts, by far the worse experience.

After standing in line for 10 min probably longer, to make my order at 12:22 09/26. Without any communication they started two other orders.I stood for approximately 10 min long before leaving. Still no apologies or communication.My advice. Don’t go in person to get food here.

This place barely have workers! Your online order will take at least 30 minutes to fulfill! They can not give you a refund for online orders, their system is incapable. One person working is not enough, you need at least two!
