Me and my brother have been coming here for about 2 years because college is close. I would always have the food at a 4 or 5. But that changed today. When you wait for 30 minutes for your food. And you still behind cars in line, i just drove off. What a joke.

Visited this location tonight for dinner, almost didn’t stop because all the lights were off outside of the restaurant including the open sign and the drive thru. Took a chance, door opened and I went inside. No one was behind the counter, waited for about 30secs to a minute and a young boy came from the back with his phone in his hands. No greeting just walked behind the microwave put his gloves on, took out his phone again and finally looked at me. I told him my order. He told me my total, that’s it. There was no ice in the ice machine so I asked for ice, he went to the back and filled about 1/4 of the cups with ice, still almost no communication. There was two other kids that came out from the back with phones in the hands as well, not one word. The lobby was dirty, which was also disappointing because you have three individuals with a lot of time on their hands and the place looked horrible.One other person came in while we ate, again almost no communication with him either.The place needs some leadership, someone who can guide the workers. I don’t see that this location could be making a profit with the way it’s being ran.

I've been going to this location for quite some time. Today Sept. 16,2023 I used the restroom and it looked like someone did a fecal matter and catheter test on themselves. I showed a worker there and he said he'd relate it to the manager instead of cleaning it up himself. A manager showed up but nothing was done. Lost two customers now.

Sandwiches were great! The coupons were even better but I ordered online and waited for my order in the car after 10 min had to go in and get my order so curbside service not so great needs improvement!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at this Subway. This is the second time I have been to this location and had issues, both times with the drive-thru.The first time I went, I tried to place my order through the touch screen, but the screen was difficult to use due to the glare and functionality. I ended up giving up and parking and going inside to place my order.This time, I decided to try again to use the touch screen. I was able to place my order, but when I pulled up to the window, I was handed a sandwich that was not mine. I tried to tell the employee that this was not my order, but she shut the window in my face.When I finally got her attention, I handed her the sandwich and explained that I had ordered a footlong BMT, not whatever wrap was in the bag she had handed me. She told me that I was wrong and that was my sandwich. I tried to explain again that I didn't think it was, as I had ordered a footlong and that clearly was not what was handed to me. She went back and forth with another worker before continuing to basically tell me I was wrong.I gave up and left without the wrong sandwich or any food at all, resulting in a loss of money and overall frustration.I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Subway location. The employees were rude and unhelpful, and the drive-thru is difficult to use. I will not be returning to this location.I would like to request that Subway management take steps to improve the customer service at this location. The touch screen should be made easier to use, and the employees should be better trained to handle customer complaints.I hope that my experience will be an isolated incident, and that other customers will not have to go through the same thing.

Perhaps delays happened or the staff was not prepared. The drive thru was waiting longer than those standing in line inside the restaurant. I'm guessing renovations or repairs were happening since pieces of lumbar and plumbing supplies were scattered around the property. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Sanitation was available.

I ordered a meatball marinara and it was cold like it came out of the fridge. I thought it was because it was an hour before closing. The workers were very unprofessional! One was a new girl and the person I believe that should’ve been training did not even help her make our orders and we had 5 different sandwiches!!! The other worker even made someone else sandwich who came in after us!! Very rude and very unprofessional!!! Shame on management!!
