The guy that was working was extremely unprofessional and rude in explaining how the coupons we were using are done differently than any other subway. He obviously did not want to work today we were definitely an inconvenience to him and he would have rather the store continue to be empty. Anyways, It does state in fine print certain sandwiches are excluded however we could not order ANY sandwich from any menu other than the build your own menu. Okay but then every sandwich we wanted on THAT menu was also excluded. Top it off we couldn’t add anything else to it so it’s not a true build your own. I have never experienced this is any subway in the state of Texas. I assure you We will not be returning to this Subway. Oh not to mention he made my nephew completely u comfortable.

I can't rate my meal Because I wasn't served. I was having problems at the touchscreen monitor. I drove up to the window. I asked a girl if she could take my order. She told me no, I could go back to the monitor and try to enter my order. so I left.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to Whataburger next door. I should have gone there from the get go...

its sad ive only been in corpus christi texas for a couple of months and everywhere i go Mexican people are mean Nasty they dont want anyone with a different color working for them At this store on Staples it was all highschool kids working there i started oct 25 2023 Millissa the mananger used me for labor for 3 weeks and then fired me cause she said that kids are not soposed to be in there after hours but the kid she was talking about been working there for 6 monts before i evan came in the picture he was already closing the store i feel like she set me up i believe that she knew that the kids was selling drugs out of the store and did know that i knew about it the store on south staples across from Whataburger kids was already xlosing the store down before i got there this was an excuse to fire me i didn't do nothing wrong Mexican people in texas need to go back to mexico and stay out of the states since im not wanted in my own land they need to leave they make it harder for american people to live and work in there own land im a firm believer Now that everyone needs to go back to there original country , the biss Melissa needs to be fired shes takes all the hours so cant no one get any hours abd she only hires school kids thats not managing a store thats scaming off top ive watch people come in there and ask fir certain people cause they come to get drugs from them. while on the clock im tired of wrongful terminations in Corpus christi texas thassit

Service was shitty, two young kids working the inside making everyone who comes in the store has to wait on drive thru customers so anyone who wants to order inside has to wait for everyone in the drive thru to be finished witch will never end obviously new cars continue to come and service becomes shitty / shitty management, one person works the drive thru and one works the inside like fucking idiot , can you put someone in charge who knows how to mange a sandwich shop.
Went through the drive thru,put in my order... apparently the car in front of me had a HUGE order cause it was taking FOREVER, then I see them try to give my food and drink to the car in front of me and they handed it back. DISGUSTING!!! I didn't want my food after someone else has touched it, so I drove off and left.

I would not even give one-star if I didn't have to put anything. Melissa as she said was her name, and when I asked to speak with the GM, she said she was the GM she was totally rude to my husband and then when I asked to speak to somebody above her like the owner because she was the general manager she hung the phone up on me if she is the general manager she needs to take a class on customer service and I went on the website so hopefully this general manager learned her place because she justified her bad behavior and then gave us the wrong order

Went through the drive-thru and it took forever to get our food even though we were the only ones there... my order was incorrect and there was a hair in my food
