I wish I could give this less stars but oh well the girl at the window was rude and we asked for our chicken to be heated it came out ice cold. She ook forever to come back even though we were waiting and honked twice and when she did finally come back she didn't apologize she just stared like an idiot. She had brown hair and glasses and obviously doesn't know how to work customer service.

Wow.... yall want to see what turkey, ham, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, spinach, pickles, green peppers, black olives, onions, Jalapeños, yellow mustard, baja Chipotle sauce, black pepper 3.00 EXTRA DOLLARS FOR BACON ? LOOKS LIKE. Plus I gave them a 3.00 dollar tip, which grand total was $15.98. Look at this trash, and they wonder why people want refunds AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TIP...REDICULOUS...I used a stick of deodorant and my hand to reference the size comparison since pictures lack depth perception....DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK LOL...That's 16.00 dollars...where the bacon, no black olives, 1 lice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, and 2 slices of bacon at a whopping $3.00 dollars...NICE

First time and last time I order drive thru’. I love subway but unfortunately staff here take things upon themselves. I ordered ONE meal. Turkey Cali Club. Yes, I substituted my onions for pickles and asked for mayo and ranch with salt/pepper. They were nice. But didn’t get my sandwich at all like I described nor did I get the avocado that comes with it. I was charged $18 for my 6inch meal. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The staff working there looks miserable. Order the cold cut combo and for some reason they only put turkey bologna on it. Kind of pissed me off.

As I leave a negative review for the Subway on Staples I'm leaving a very positive review for this crew. I take care of my elderly father and work full time so when he doesn't have something to eat and I'm too busy I drive a little farther to this store to grab his 6 inch turkey sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Sometimes I grab a protein bowl and cookies as well for myself. Not once has this store messed up my order and if they are out of something they let me know. Everytime I go it's a bunch of teens and there are all so nice. Keep up the great work and I will continue to drive out of my way to go to this store. My dad says thanks as well.

Elena, Hannah, Alicia, there gonna need a raise as the world needs more service like they give, it's my new favorite subway..thank you ladies ..5 stars!
